To generate the unlock key for your purchased product we will need your Windows Mobile Owner Name.

You can find this on most devices by going to:

• Start --> Settings --> Owner Information.

• Your Owners Name is case sensitive.  In addition it is also space sensitive. In order to can generate a guilty license key (activation code) it is essential that all capitalization and spaces are correct.
  

• On some devices it is common, that  "auto completion" or "auto text" feature is enabled. That means that the feature add an extra space between two names, or at the end of your Owner Name.  Please ensure that this space is deleted at request.

• To avoid any problems registering your products, please make sure to have your Owner Name set up before making any purchase. Please also note that we can only generate one code for one purchase, so be carefull when you set the owner name up.
